Skills/Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree and 2 years of experience in the R&D sector or a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in R&D, including participation in research projects.
- Preferred candidates with a PhD in chemical or technical sciences and a post-graduate diploma or certificate in project management.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of fuel and lubricant chemistry and tribology in the field of lubricant testing, as evidenced by scientific achievements.
- Experience in preparing project funding applications to national and international institutions
- Experience in managing scientific projects
- Experience in cooperation with industry or commercialization of research results
- Ability to work with analytical devices
- Knowledge of the English language at a minimum level of B2
- Analytical skills
