Research and development of innovative silicon sensors for extreme fluences-Università degli Studi di Torino-Italy

Description

The activity concentrates on the development of LGAD thin silicon sensors that can resist extreme fluences. In particular, the electrical characterisation of sensors before and after irradiation up to the fluence of 1E18/cm2 and the signal analysis through stimulus with laser and beta particles or beam tests.
