Please take note of the following advice when contacting professors:
Avoid sending emails to multiple professors within the same faculty or university. If you do then youโll receive NO response or an acceptance letter. This happens because professors often discuss their prospective students with colleagues during meetings or informal gatherings. If they find that a student has reached out to multiple faculty members with identical/same emails, they may decide not to respond to any of those emails.
To improve your chances, I recommend reaching out to one professor per university. Once you’ve done that, proceed to contact professors at other institutions. Ideally, target 6 to 7 professors across different universities.
Additionally, I suggest sending emails between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM Pakistan time, as this may increase the likelihood of your email standing out.
